Montana

We just spent 3 really fantastic days in Montana! It was so fun to escape the cool weather in Calgary and remember what summer is supposed to feel like! Because I have had a few friends ask what a good camera is I thought I would try out the Canon elph for the weekend and see if I was happy with the images it gave me. To be honest I was a little nervous about it but the pictures turned out and the conveniences of a small light camera were SO nice...AND because it is the fraction of the price of a SLR it was no sweat to let the kids run around with it. Everyone in the family had a turn with the camera as you can see...
Thank you oh so very much for having us Spackmans! I had a quick peek at your family pics from the trip and can't wait to put some up.
Luvs
Eden and family.

(all of these were taken with the Canon Elph)

Well, I think this post is the perfect rebuttal to all the people who imply that taking a great picture is all about the equipment you have. While the quality of all these cute pictures (taken with the elfph) is good, it is still easy to tell which shots you took Eden. It is so much more than fine equipment - the eye, the instinct, the experience, the know-how and more than anything the talent.
Looks like you guys had a great time. Aubrie even has "personality" in her sleep!
